It's been a long time that I haven't watched a movie like that. It is really worth the money. It is based on a true story. The Actresses are beautiful and play very well their roles. A film to see and review. What a lesson of cinema!!! A decor entirely rebuilt in the studio, a parisian atmosphere, the actors sublime and a director who has nothing more to prove. What a joy to relive the accents of the suburbs, (I am an old parisian!), this atmosphere is so special at the time, Paris had his quarters, popular or the café on the corner was the best place to find and share the stories of each life. What a shame that the sequel "scarlett" does not exist on dvd, French version(but hey, I have the book) but otherwise I precise transaction ok, shipping fast and package well wrapped. But the movie is a pure wonder. Certainly it lacks full details of the book, but the emotions pass so much better on the screen. We move from laughter to tears in a few seconds. The good surprise, as one would expect a a new variation agreed on the romantic themes dear to Sparks, is that the film shows a real originality, both in form and in the substance and held for two hours the audience breathless, with even a twist very moving, that we cannot prove, of course, not here, in her very last minutes. The ingredients are simple enough : Katie (Julianne Hough), a mysterious fugitive left Boston to take refuge in a small port lost to North Carolina. That is leaking? That cache? It spot meeting Alex (Josh Duhamel) a widower weeping, and his two children, Josh and Lexie.
